Day 1: After your transfer to your hotel, relax before a welcome briefing, dinner and vehicle check.

Khong Chiam - Mukdaharn - 257 kms
Day 2: We’re tracing the border with Laos on our way to Mukdahan, on the banks of the mighty Mekong. You won’t believe the scenery, as we tackle the bizarre stone structures of Pha Taem National Park, the breathtaking Soi Sawan Waterfall, and the viewing tower at Ho Kaeo. (Google Map)

Mukdaharn - Bueng Kan - 297 kms
Day 3: Today, we’ll continue north along the Mekong to Bueng Kan, ticking off the local temples of Wat Mano Phirom, Kaeng Krabao and Wat Phra That Phanom en route. (Google Map)

Bueng Kan - Chiang Khan - 355 kms
Day 4: It’s an easy riding day along the smooth, straight R212 towards Nong Khai, which connects Thailand with the Laos capital, Vientiane. Then its onwards on more clear roads along the Mekong to the beautiful riverside setting of Chiang Khan. (Google Map)

Chiang Khan - Dan Sai - 171 kms
Day 5: It’s officially a late-start this morning – though you might like to join us for a ride up to the Phu Thok viewpoint to watch the sunrise before breakfast. Afterwards, we’ll take a cross-country route through spectacular scenery to Dan Sai. (Google Map)

Dan Sai - Nan - 298 kms
Day 6: We’re going to take a road that’s brilliant for road bikes today, climbing through mountainous landscapes on the journey north to Nan.(Google Map)

Departure Day.
Day 7: Enjoy some free time exploring the morning market and temples of Nan, before the shuttle bus takes you to the airport, ready for your flight.

This tour has several variables that affect its cost, including;
- Choice of motorcycles: in ascending order of cost – Honda CRF250L or CBX500, BMW G310GS, F700GS, F800GS or F1200GS.
- Bringing your own Motorcycle? If you have a bike in Asia, or want to ship yours in, we can make that work for you.
- Pillion Passenger: riding with a companion is no problem.
- Accommodation: base rate is based on sharing a room, but single occupancy is available at 240€.
